Something new from Tish... finally
I've mentioned it before, even promised its completion by a certain time, but seriously, seriously, it has finally arrived.

Ta da! Filmed that last August. Master Certified Procrastinator here got intimidated by the amount of work of a video essay full of movie clips and graphics and kept putting it off, but I finally dove in and very much enjoyed it! Not so intimidating once you get going. Quite fun. You only get the series trailer for now but I assure you (seriously) that my first video essay, How Snow White Films Define Beauty and Power, is 98% done, just some boring audio-level jiggery to finish it up.
I realized that this trailer actually does not really tell what "Tales with Tish" even is lolz too late to refilm it. It is, or will be, primarily video essays that explore fairy tale film adaptations, tale by tale. Now, you may know I do not have a great track record for continuing series that I start (videos, blog, Instagram) but I am feeling on a roll and very excited to get started on the next essay about Red Riding Hood films (it's gonna be so much about sex guys, get ready). Although, I also have to write my Ottawa Comiccon panel about Harley Quinn before September, so... No promises on the next Tales with Tish video release date yet!
In addition to the videos, I will be picking back up my Tales with Tish Instagram with Tiny Tales and I will be trying out going LIVE to do fun videos of improvising tales with a card game, reading tales, reading my own tales, and reading fairy tale tarot. So, I hope you can tune in for those!
